Well_bell94: sandy, utah, United States; Hi:) I'm Noelle:) I am probably thee most "dumb blonde" brunette you will ever meet, but I love it cause it keeps myself and others entertained:) I believe we were put on this earth for a reason and that is to live life to its fullest. Yes I know we all have our ups and downs...believe me I've been through as many downs as I can handle, but I still keep my head held high and a smile on my face:) I'm the type of girl who just wants to enjoy life and help others enjoy their life too:)
